I use mine mostly as a lunch box for my kid's hot meals, and it keeps things warm for hours without any fuss. The insulation is seriously impressive—way better than the old bag we had.

It's honestly shocking how long my coffee stayed steaming on a cold morning commute—the insulation does exactly what it claims. I've also used it to keep soup warm for a picnic and it was perfect.

Took this to the beach with drinks and sandwiches, and everything stayed properly chilled for hours despite the heat. It also kept soup warm on a cooler evening, so the dual-purpose insulation really earns its spot in my bag.
